Integration of the new frontend with the existing MODX backend has reached a working production scenario

The new client portal is connected to the existing Kilfor system without migrating or breaking the current MODX business logic. The old portal has been preserved, and the new frontend is connected via a separate route, allowing both interfaces to run in parallel.

A key integration point is that the new interface uses the current MODX user authentication. Users do not need to create a separate account or log in again to the new system: the frontend operates within the existing MODX session and retrieves data for the currently authenticated user.

This made it possible to implement a gradual migration of the client portal from the legacy MODX frontend to the new engine without user duplication and without a separate authentication system. Architecturally, the new frontend remains a separate application while utilizing the existing backend, current data, and MODX authorization context.

The first fully migrated business scenario is the pass request section: visitor passes, material entry/exit, and vehicles are now available through a single new interface.
